Q: What does Service pick-up and delivery cost?
A: There is a small fuel surcharge based on distance from the dealership. This covers the cost to refuel our loaner vehicle after its return trip to the dealership and we're happy to discuss this over the phone when scheduling your appointment.
 
Q: What does Service pick-up and delivery cost?
A: Free, if within 25 miles. If the distance is beyond 25 miles there will be a convenience free that can be discussed with our service advisor.
 
Q: Is this only available for service on Jaguar vehicles?
A: Currently this service option is only for Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles.
 
Q: I'll need a loaner while my car is being serviced. Can I have one?
A: Yes, but loaners are determined on an as-needed basis and availability.
 
Q: How will you get the keys from me if I'm staying inside?
A: Our team will coordinate with you over the phone when they will come by to pick up your car and discuss the best option for where to leave your keys beforehand for a non-contact experience.
 
Q: Is it safe for the Service team to be in my car or for me to use a loaner vehicle?
A: Yes. We are taking very strong precautions and following CDC guidelines with disinfecting and wiping down all touch/contact points (steering wheel, shifter, door handles). Our team will also be wearing gloves and masks.
